Our Story
SANO was born from a personal need. A longing for space to breathe, move, and feel whole again.
As a working mom juggling career, kids, and the constant hum of modern life, our founder found herself craving more. She wanted a place that felt calm yet energizing, expert yet down-to-earth. A place where she could reset, reconnect, and return to her body.
SANO (pronounced sah-no) means “healthy,” “whole,” or “sound” in Latin. This simple yet powerful word is at the heart of everything we do. It reminds us of our natural capacity to feel well, move with ease, and live in harmony with ourselves.
We serve those who give their all, at work, at home, in life and are ready to give something back to themselves.
